By market participants I mean Retail traders, ( known in the industry by the name of DUMB MONEY ) and commercial traders ( known in the industry by the name of SMART MONEY.

The Smart Money is not called the Smart money because they are actually smarter than the retail trader but, because, they have access to more information and capital than the retail trader.
